Hello, Welcome to my website!

I’m currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Government and International Affairs at Lingnan University. Previously, I served as a Visiting Fellow at the Harvard-Yenching Institute (2018-2019) and an Assistant Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2019-2021). Trained as a comparative political scientist, I specializes in the politics of the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong. My research interests cover comparative politics, political economy, contentious politics, social identities, and public opinion. Recent publications include a monograph in Routledge and articles in peer-reviewed journals such as the China Journal, International Journal of Public Opinion Research, and Political Behavior.
